TO ALL WV CUSTOMERS WHO GET BILLED IN MAY-

ALL RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS ON THIS BILLING CYCLE will receive a bill… if there’s a (-) in front of the $ this means you have a CREDIT and do NOT owe a balance.

We had to send everyone a statement to notify of the $1.06 monthly increase caused by the emergency fuel surcharge increase.

⚠️WV CUSTOMERS ONLY ⚠️

The PSC has issued an emergency fuel surcharge increase.

This will go into effect from May 1st, 2026 to July 1st, 2026.

We will be reevaluated in July if a new rate will go into effect or if it will stay the same.

The new rate for WV customers in this timeframe is going to be $20.75.

We will be sure to let you all know in July if it will change or whatever may happen.

Good morning to all ☀️

As of right now our office & garage have no power - it went out around 2am this morning.
I had to travel into a cell service area to even make a post to let everyone know what’s going on.

We have gotten word from the power company that the estimated time for everything to be back up & running will be around 4pm today.

We will get back to messages & calls as soon as we can.

As always, we appreciate your patience, understanding & patronage! 🚛

Power outage at office- I would also like to apologize for us being behind on calls- we’ve had a lot of sickness in office last three weeks. We will get to everyone as soon as we can. We are human too.

Trucks are on the Friday routes - doing the best they can- one has already packed out with others coming in to try to get his remaining stops.

Trucks are on the Thursday routes today- I’m sorry I forgot to post last night 🤦‍♀️. If they haven’t picked up by 3pm please hold til next regular pickup and all missed trash will be taken at once.

Trucks will be on the regular Wednesday routes depending upon road conditions.

If trash has not been picked up by 3:00pm, please hold until next week - trucks will be leaving later than normal because of the weather.

Please do not blow up the phones/messages before 3pm and PLEASE do not be hateful. Treating the office staff like trash is unacceptable- we take it from the curb …we don’t have to take it over the phone.
