ISO independent contractor medical transcriptionist. Experience in short OP notes, H&P, dental, pain clinic, hematology, etc. Must be able to work independently with complete knowledge of medical transcription with 99% accuracy. -Pain specialist - medial branch blocks, epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency.

-Pulmonary function reports.
