Meet Bibb County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Andrae Holmes! This former firefighter and paramedic has worked diligently behind the badge for the past 15 years to help keep you safe. Sgt. Holmes is currently assigned to the Georgia Governor’s Office of Highway Safety H.E.A.T. (Highway Enforcement of Aggressive Traffic) Unit. Sgt. Holmes says his favorite part of the job is working with his fellow peace officers on patrol. Holmes would like to remind drivers to have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to drinking and driving. He also reminds motorists to put the phone down while you are behind the wheel, watch your speed, and follow posted speed limits. Help us wish him a safe watch, while he is serving and protecting on patrol.
