We are not against insurance companies. In fact, we all need insurance, & there are many insurance professionals who work hard every day to do the right thing for their customers.
Yet consumers also need to understand what can happen during the claims process and why proper documentation of fire, flood, storm, and other disaster damage is so important from the very beginning.
Our goal is simply to educate homeowners so they know what questions to ask, what to document & how to protect themselves when disaster strikes.

We’re sharing this video because of the consumer education behind the message, not as a political statement.
Regardless of politics, homeowners deserve to understand the importance of properly documenting storm and disaster damage and having a QUALiFIED disaster recovery company involved from the beginning. Our goal is to educate consumers & help protect them from being unfairly treated when filing an insurance claim.
We are not claiming that all insurance companies are unfair to their clients, but many of them are. —> And we work for the client.

Today was one of those days that reminds us what community is all about.

We had the privilege of delivering a much-needed washer and dryer to the firefighters of Engine 50, Ladder 23, and Chief 3 of the Detroit Fire Department.

This wouldn’t have been possible without the generosity and support of Dr. Louie Khouri and Ben Barris from Guardian Recovery Services. It was truly a team effort, and we’re grateful to play a small part in helping those who give so much to our city.

A special thank you to Lt. Chris Palm for the tour and hospitality at the firehouse.

The men and women of the Detroit Fire Department, along with all firefighters, police officers, and first responders, are everyday heroes. They answer the call when others need them most, and they deserve our respect, appreciation, and support.
