Client Spotlight 🌟

Jackie and I have been working together for 1 1/2 months. She is a wife, mom to 2 handsome fellas, works full time and is still making her health and fitness a priority. 👑

She is one of the hardest workers I know. I can ask her to do anything and she will do it and then some more! She is down lbs and inches and her energy is way up!

Today she did deadlifts for the first time in years and hit 135lbs for 3 reps, and then hit 110lbs on the quad extension. And she still had gas in the tank! I’m beyond proud of her!! Ready to hit that goal of 165lbs deadlift soon! 💪🏻

(Jackie trains one on one with me once per week, and gets 3 workouts with the online programming to do on her own during the rest of the week).
