2551 Sunburst Road sold today! After receiving multiple pre-auction offers, our sellers stood firm in their decision to let the competitive auction environment work for them. Today, that trust paid off and they left with happy tears 🥹

Moments like these are why we love what we do. Thank you to our sellers for trusting T & T Realty and Auction | Virginia Realtors & Auctioneers with this property and the process.

We can’t wait to see what’s next for these 3 acres along Route 460! 👏

Thinking about selling? Let’s talk about what the auction method could do for you.

🔨 NEARLY AUCTION DAY! 3.12± acres along Route 460 in Campbell County will sell at public auction this Friday!

One of the most exciting parts of marketing this property has been hearing what interested parties are conjuring up for this corner parcel. We’ve heard plenty of ideas — and that potential is exactly what makes this one so exciting.

With approximately 575 feet of Route 460 frontage, additional frontage and access along Sunburst Road, public utilities, and a highly visible location in the Greater Lynchburg market, the opportunity here has certainly gotten people talking.

Now it’s almost time to let the bidders decide what it’s worth. 👀

When Mark’s daughter came home and said her class was learning about money, he had something special to share. He traded the auction podium for the classroom, bringing coins for local students to explore and learn the stories behind them.

Each student took home a couple of coins to start a collection of their own—and those smiles and handwritten thank-you cards were priceless! ❤️

At T&T, we love opportunities to bring history to life for kids. Who knows? We may have met a few future collectors!

Reviews like this mean a lot because this is exactly what we want families to experience with T&T Realty & Auction — honest answers, clear expectations, hands-on service, and two local guys who will be there from start to finish.

You may not need us today. But if a friend, neighbor, client, or family member ever asks, “Who can help us with all of this?”

We hope you’ll remember Mark & Mason at T&T Realty & Auction.
