Join us for A Kuumba Kickback as we celebrate Juneteenth with community, culture, and joy! 🎉 Pull up to The Black Business Hub on Friday, June 19th from 6:00–8:30 PM for games, snacks, and connection as we honor a powerful day of remembrance, resilience, and freedom. The Urban League of Greater Madison Young Professionals joins in the honoring of the legacy of Michael Johnson, a dedicated community leader gone too soon. It is with a heavy heart that we send our condolences to the family, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County, and our community members.

May we all take the space we need for as long as we need to grieve this loss and carry on his mission.

Thank you so much to all that supported and attended the 1st Black Expressions event! We had an amazing evening of blackness, art, and joy as the artists shared from the out pour of their hearts.

We were also able to raise close to $400 which will support our chapter programming, including our Scholarship program!

Thank you so much again to the planners, participants, and attendees that made this event possible!
