Most LNP formulations don't really have a delivery problem. They have a destination problem. After IV administration, roughly 90% of injected dose clears to the liver within an hour. If you're trying to reach the spleen, lymph nodes, or pancreas, that's not a feature, it's a ceiling.

New work from Pieter Cullis's lab at the University of British Columbia rethinks the particle architecture itself to achieve longer a half-life and greater delivery to the spleen and lymph node. The authors used NanoLuc® mRNA as the payload throughout, and its sensitivity was the difference between detecting delivery in tissues versus missing it entirely. Read the full blog:

In ADC development, the payload gets a lot of attention. But Fc engineering decisions are equally critical: FcγR engagement, effector function and IgG isotype selection. These determine how your ADC behaves beyond the payload.
