Massey Creek Farms Massey Creek Farms is a small family farm near Madison, NC. We are a family farm located in Rockingham County, just north of Greensboro, NC.

We sell eggs, lamb and pork all raised sustainably on pasture with no antibiotics, hormones or animal byproducts. You might say we raise vegetarians for omnivores. We sell at the Greensboro Farmers Curb Market, Bestway, Washington Perk and Provisions, Deep Roots Market, Lowes Foods and Chatham Marketplace. Our products are also used by some of the best restaurants in Greensboro and Winston Salem.

It might not be a perfect weekend, but it is Memorial Day weekend so that is all the justification needed to fire up the grill! My suggestion is boil some brats in your choice of beer along with some sliced onions until cooked through. Next toss them on a hot grill for that finish of smoky goodness. Cradle them in a warm hotdog bun, slather on some yellow mustard and you’ve got a memorable Memorial Day meal! Oh, remember those beer boiled onions? Add those on top.
