UW-Madison Records Management

UW-Madison Records Management University of Wisconsin Madison Records Management Program is a section within the University Archives under the General Library System.

The University Records Officer provides consultation on management of electronic records, classification and files management, development of general and departmental records schedule and provide Records Management Training to departments. University Archives and Records Management assists the UW Madison campus in managing all records and information, regardless of whether is is electronic or pap

er. The Records Management program recieves guidance from the University Records Management Advisory Group (URMAG) which is supported by the Provost Office.
