‼️Mississippi Business Owners!

This is a kind reminder that 2024 Annual Reports are due by April 15, 2024 to the Mississippi Secretary of State office. Check your email.

All corporations and limited liability companies doing business in Mississippi are required to file an annual report.

Annual reports must be filed online with the Secretary of State's Office no later than April 15, 2024.

Failure to file will result in administrative dissolution of the company.

The only income or tax information required for the filing is your Federal Employer Identification (FEIN) number. You may review your business filings to see if you have already filed your 2024 Annual Report.
