Global Polymer delivers innovative, proven solutions to the most difficult manufacturing engineering problems. Using a proprietary molding process for Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW- PE), we create the highest-quality, complex parts with characteristics that are superior to any other plastic material. Others make simple products from UHMW-PE. Our smart process allows stronger parts

and more complex products. We’ve perfected a method to embed steel, spring steel and other metals inside UHMW-PE components to create engineering solutions for a wide range of problems that no other material or combination of materials — or competitor — can match. It’s extremely impact resistant. Our stronger UHMW-PE lasts longer, wears better and outperforms other materials in demanding circumstances. It tolerates a wide temperature range and maintains properties down to cryogenic temps. We’ve used it to produce pulleys, wheels, wear plates, sprockets, skis, skid plates and more – but we can adapt it to a much broader scope of applications.
