Proud of these guys and incredibly honored to have helped them with their Sauk and Capitol East projects.
We thought it was about time we reintroduced ourselves. We’ve grown over the years, but one thing has stayed the same. The people behind Vintage.
Trent and Brittany Kraemer started this whole thing with a simple idea: build a place where people felt welcome, the food was worth coming back for, and the beer was something to be proud of. If something’s broken, Trent’s probably already halfway through fixing it before anyone else knows there’s a problem. Brittany is the heart behind so much of what makes Vintage feel like Vintage. Together, they’ve poured more time, energy, and love into this place than anyone could ever put into words.
Mark Kraemer, Trent’s uncle, believed in that vision from the very beginning. He helped make Vintage possible and still helps keep us headed in the right direction today.
Scott and Bryan Manning are the beer arm of our ownership team. They’re brothers, Mark’s nephews, and Trent’s cousins. Scott is our Brewmaster and the reason your favorite beer tastes like your favorite beer. Bryan is usually out introducing people to Vintage one pint at a time at beer festivals across Wisconsin.
Then there’s Mike, who was just hired to work the fryers, but then he never left. Ask Mike to do something and the answer is almost always, “Yep, I got it.” Doesn’t matter if it’s moving kegs, helping in the kitchen, or jumping in wherever he’s needed. He’ll do it with a smile on his face, enough energy for three people, and before long everyone around him wants to jump in too. Somewhere along the way he became family.
So that’s us. Just a family that believed in an idea, surrounded by people who believed in it too. We’re proud of where we’ve been, excited about where we’re going, and grateful we get to share it with all of you.
Cheers, The Vintage Family 🍻
