Our ventures warehouse has been buzzing over the last month as our fulfillment team picks, packages, and ships premium olive oil for our partners at Kyoord! Since Black Friday we have shipped over 2,000 packages!!!

Vista member Keith joined Ventures Business Services in 2009, working in Medical Materials Handling. 16 years later, he is the expert on bagging trays which will be delivered to life saving Neonatal Intensive Care Units across CT. "I like everything about working here," Keith told us, "it feels right. It's gotten a lot bigger," he said pointing to the rows and rows of shelves in the Ventures warehouse. Thanks for sharing your vocational experiences with us Keith!

Today we would like to highlight two of our outstanding employees. First, we have Guarin Wood! Guarin has been employed at Ventures Business Services since May of 2018 as an assembly associate. Second, we have Nick Baiocchi! Nick has been employed at Ventures since October of 2016 as a delivery associate. Both of these employees have done an amazing job lately helping us to expand our medical materials handling business. Congratulations!!

Yale New Haven Hospital visits Ventures Business Services! Yesterday we had a visit from our business partners at YNHH. They took a tour of our warehouse and brought some gifts for our employees. Ventures does pediatric code cart tray fulfillment for all hospitals in the YNHH care network.

On 6/9/2025 Ventures Employee Matt Sarti broke the record for IV1 hospital trays built during a 3.5 hour production shift. Matt was able to build 21 trays beating the previous record of 20. Way to go Matt!!!
