Humans have stretch marks.
Humans have rolls.
Humans have skin that moves, folds, and changes.

So if you’re a human… you’re going to have those things too.

Yes, we can train, build strength, and accomplish amazing things with our bodies. But at the end of the day, we’re still human. Bodies change. Skin moves. That’s normal.

Your worth was never dependent on having perfectly smooth skin.

Follow for realistic fitness and honest conversations about bodies.

Motherhood asks a lot of you.

The early mornings.
The constant decisions.
The invisible mental load that no one else sees.

Feeling overwhelmed doesn’t mean you’re weak.
It means you’ve been carrying pressure for a long time.

Strong things do crack under pressure when they’re left unsupported.

But when moms have the right support system, something powerful happens:
movement becomes a reset button, strength returns, and resilience rebuilds.

You don’t have to carry everything alone.

If you’re ready for structured support designed for busy moms, book a consultation through the link in my bio and let’s build a plan that actually fits your life.

Swipe to see where it all started ➡️
My first “virtual coaching studio” was a tiny dark corner of the house.
Low light.
Barely enough room to move.
But it worked.
Because the goal was never perfection.
The goal was helping women and moms get stronger.
Now the space has grown.
More room.
More light.
More energy for the sessions we share together.
And honestly… it feels really special to see this little dream growing right alongside the women I coach.
Every workout logged, every mom who shows up tired but determined, every small win we celebrate together… that’s what built this space.
And we’re just getting started.
If you’re a busy mom who wants guidance, accountability, and workouts that fit real life, tap the link in my bio to book a consultation.

What motherhood turns you into.
A protector.
A force.
A woman who keeps going even when she’s exhausted.
Motherhood has a way of forging strength you didn’t know you had. The kind that shows up at 2am. The kind that carries, nurtures, protects, and rebuilds.
You may not always feel powerful in the moment. But make no mistake.
You are.
This Mother's Day, I celebrate the fierce, resilient, unstoppable women raising the next generation.
Happy Mother's Day to the strong mamas everywhere.

Strong Mothers

Explorers. Warriors. Scientists. Leaders.
And mothers.

From Sacagawea guiding an expedition with her baby on her back,
to pirate commander Grace O'Malley,
to freedom fighter Sojourner Truth,
to scientist Marie Curie,
to astronaut Anna Lee Fisher,
to modern leaders like Jacinda Ardern.

Motherhood has never been small.
It has always been strong.

This Mother's Day, we honor the mothers who shaped history…
and the ones shaping the future every day.

If you believe motherhood is powerful, follow .trushtheprocess for more strong mom content.

Sometimes mama needs a little caffeine to get the wheels turning.
If you want a coach who’s up riding at the butt crack of dawn to get your workout in, I’m your gal. And if late afternoon is more your speed, we can make that work too. Fitness should fit your life, not the other way around.
Ready for support that actually works with your schedule? Book a consultation and let’s find your rhythm. (Link in bio)

Here’s your sign to get the movement in, even if it’s just a few short bouts today.
Research shows that accumulated short sessions of physical activity can still improve cardiovascular health, support metabolic function, and contribute to overall fitness when done consistently.
You don’t need perfect timing or a full hour to make progress. You need something you can actually repeat in real life.
Even 10–20 minutes counts.

If you’re ready for a plan that fits your life instead of fighting it, book a consultation to work with a coach who gets it. Let’s build something sustainable together.

May is Maternal Mental Health Month, a time to bring awareness to the emotional wellbeing of mothers and birthing people.
May is Maternal Mental Health Month Most of us have heard of baby blues, but post-baby sadness isn’t always “just the baby blues.”
1 in 8 moms will experience postpartum depression. If your sadness lasts longer than 2 weeks or is so severe that it’s interrupting your ability to function, it’s always a good idea to check in with your doctor!

This post created in partnership with a local nonprofit dedicated to helping those navigating a perinatal mental health condition through peer support, resource brokering and information sharing. If you need support, please reach out. You deserve to feel well.
