I’ve been a trainer since 2017 and look forward to helping you on your fitness journey I am an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer with an interest in stability, mobility, and functionality as well as performance and strength training. I have always been very active and athletic. Growing up, my sport of choice was indoor and outdoor soccer and in later years competitive p

aintball. I was lucky enough to achieve my childhood dream of serving as a firefighter/EMT, and now I’m in the process of accomplishing another goal of helping others realize their full potential through physical fitness. Louis, and after stints in AZ and IA, I now reside in Wildwood with my charming wife Ann and our two cats. When not working as a Medical Assistant or Personal Trainer, I can be found working out at the gym, volunteering at Trailhead Bicycles, mountain biking, road biking, or running trails at Rockwoods Reservation with my running partner, PITA – a 28 lb rock I pulled out of a washout. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals and promise not to make you run with a heavy rock….unless that is your objective.
