I was honored to speak at my town’s rally in support of and against antisemitism. Mayor Dillon, Assemblyman Auth and State Senator Holly Schepesi and Rabbis from the area spoke about Israel, the hostages and against antisemitism. The organizers did a wonderful job in setting this up within a few days.

The "Flood Manhattan for Gaza" operation kicked and banged on the locked-down terminal doors and windows, swarming it with hundreds of anti-Israel demonstrators who set an Israeli flag on fire, the New York Post reported.

Expect some further delays in civil litigation because of judge vacancies. New Jersey Courts will suspend civil and divorce trials in Hunterdon, Somerset and Warren Counties, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties. Courts will hear some civil or matrimonial cases under very limited circumstances.

New Jersey Supreme Court Chief Justice Stuart Rabner is urging legislators and Gov. Phil Murphy to take action on judicial vacancies.

Decision Update: Police who entered a neighbor's residence WITHOUT a warrant did not have the grounds to invoke the hot pursuit doctrine. The warrantless entry violated the 4th Amendment. The State failed to meet its burden to prove that the officers’ actions were objectively reasonable under the hot pursuit doctrine.
