ZHA is working with the USTA on its $31M campus expansion in Lake Nona. The expansion includes new indoor and outdoor courts, enhanced stadium-style seating and spectator amenities, and an 80,000-SF expansion to the existing facility, adding new spaces. ZHA is providing project management and construction oversight services.

ZHA – Smart Radar Systems U.S. Headquarters Program: ZHA is representing Smart Radar System as Program Manager and Owner’s Representative for the planning and delivery of Smart Radar System’s U.S. headquarters office at NeoCity, Osceola County, Florida. ZHA will lead the end-to-end process — coordinating site planning, design, permitting, construction, and interior fit-out — to deliver Smart Radar System’s 110,000-square-foot global HQ facility associated with a roughly $53 million investment and significant advanced manufacturing and R&D activity. Smart Radar System has set corporate and technical requirements for the headquarters, and ZHA will act as the client’s representative to the local government, design and engineering partners, and contractors to ensure the HQ office is delivered to specification, on schedule, and in alignment with Osceola County’s development agreement.

ZHA is excited to assist Seminole County in bringing this state-of-the-art fire station to fruition.
