Welcome to Day 2 of Awesome Affiliate August!

Today we asked our affiliates: "How has your business innovated and adapted during COVID-19 to continue to assist clients and business partners?"

George Koutsos: My office has adapted very well. Luckily because our industry is highly technologized, we can function at a very high level, and I believe more efficiently. We also have automated tools for our clients to upload their documents seamlessly from the comfort of their homes, making it easy to get their mortgage approved.

I have been doing Zoom face-to-face client meetings to make sure our client’s experience does not feel transactional. In addition, my team is on call seven days a week to assist our clients, answer questions, and get offers accepted in a timely manner.

Terry Cappuccio: Each crew member is temperature checked and provided with masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. All common areas including counter tops, door k***s, banisters and frequently touched surfaces are disinfected before and after a pack and move to help keep your family protected.

Customers are asked to quarantine in a separate room while we complete services. Elderly and at-risk customers are asked to leave the home and return after we have departed. We are committed to a safe environment for our staff and our customers.

Richard Ciarletta: We have implemented a Certified: Servpro Clean program that highlights our trained technicians, our proprietary cleaning products, testing of cleaned surfaces and signage to convey the area has been professionally cleaned.
