Highlights from Our Annual Company Event in Clearwater, FL! 🎉

We wrapped up an unforgettable few days in beautiful Clearwater, Florida—filled with collaboration, connection, and plenty of fun in the sun! From team sessions that sparked fresh ideas to our Sand-Sculpture challenge and sunset cruise, the event was the perfect blend of connection and team spirit.

We kicked things off with a sunset cruise, where we welcomed new team members, reconnected with familiar faces, and danced the night away against a stunning coastal backdrop.

The following day, we hosted our internal company meeting, reflecting, sharing insights, goals, and our vision for the future. Presentations from Ali Sarraf, Rick Place, Simon Hodge, Matthew Chambers, Bryce Gantt, Melody Briggs, James Leigh, David Alder, Sara Diodato, Michael Kennedy and Heather Conway made the session both energizing and inspiring—truly showcasing the passion and dedication of our team.

We closed the meeting with a Communications Workshop, gaining valuable insights into communication styles and how they shape our day-to-day project work with our clients. As a committed SAP partner, we’re focused on building the expertise our clients need to thrive in a constantly changing landscape.

The day continued with a Sand Sculpture Competition, where teams worked together to build their best Reply Runner masterpiece. That evening, we celebrated with a vibrant Floribbean-themed rooftop dinner, complete with colorful floral attire and meaningful, personal connections.

We ended our time together with the Peer-to-Peer Awards, recognizing outstanding contributions and spotlight-worthy moments from the past year.

Highlights from Our Annual Company Event in Savannah, GA! 🎉

We wrapped up an unforgettable event filled with collaboration, camaraderie, and a touch of mystery!

We kicked off our event with a stunning sunset welcome reception on the river, first with all our new hires, highlighting our growth in the last year and allowing the new folks to get to know each other and our management team. This was followed by dinner with all employees and their guests, soaking in the beautiful views of Savannah. It was a perfect opportunity to connect and set the tone for the days ahead.

On the next day, we dove into an engaging internal company meeting, where we shared insights, goals, and our vision for the future with presentations from Ali Sarraf, Winni Hesel, Matthew Chambers, Bryce Gantt, Melody Briggs, Rick Place and Simon Hodge. It’s always inspiring to see the passion and dedication from our team! Also, guest speaker Americas' SAP Users' Group (ASUG) - Official Page s Research Director, Marissa Gilbert provided insights to the current hashtag market and how we should position to become a successful partner. As a proud SAP partner, we are dedicated to enhancing our capabilities to better meet the evolving needs of our clients.

The day continued with team-building activities that fostered collaboration and strengthened our bonds. The Syskoplan Olympics were competitive and challenged the team to be organized, coordinated and communicative to our strengths. Later that evening, we attended a fantastic 1920s gangster-themed murder mystery dinner. With everyone in character, it was an evening full of laughter, intrigue, and unforgettable memories!

The next morning, we concluded our time together with Peer-to-Peer awards allowing the team to highlight their peers' achievements and standout moments from the year.

A big thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making this event a success, especially to our Company Event Planning Committee, we could not have done this without you Stephanie Palma, Megan Kamerling, Sofia Di Stefano, Winni Hesel, Melody Briggs and Sara Tran.
