Stop letting tech expenses drain your budget.

Technology spend can grow quietly through unused services, outdated contracts, billing errors, duplicate tools, and vendor changes that never get fully reviewed.

A closer look at your technology environment can uncover opportunities to recover dollars already hiding in the budget and redirect them toward growth, security, innovation, or operational improvements.

Your technology spend should support your business, not quietly work against it.

Unused mobile lines, outdated plans, unnecessary features, and overages can quietly keep charging month after month.

For companies managing a large wireless environment, the waste is not always obvious until someone takes a closer look.

Prelude helps organizations review mobility spend, identify what is no longer needed, and optimize plans so the bill better reflects actual usage.

It may be time to hang up on waste.

Cate had a wonderful evening attending The Forum of Executive Women’s “Women Leading 250th Celebrations One Week at a Time” event with Amy Needle, President and CEO of Historic Philadelphia, Inc., and Dr. Kerry Sautner, President and CEO of Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site.

The fireside chat was an inspiring look at the women helping bring Philadelphia’s 250th anniversary to life through history, storytelling, creativity, and community. Amy shared her journey from her early days as an intern to becoming a champion for Philadelphia’s tourism, culture, and historic legacy. Her work on initiatives like Once Upon A Nation and 52 Weeks of Firsts is a powerful reminder of how many “firsts” began right here in our city.

From the stories behind Philadelphia’s neighborhoods to the 52 sculptures being created across the region, the evening highlighted the importance of making history feel alive, accessible, and meaningful. It was especially inspiring to hear how Amy’s persistence, passion, and deep love for Philadelphia continue to shape the way residents and visitors experience our city.

Thank you to The Forum of Executive Women, Amy Needle, Dr. Kerry Sautner, and Eastern State Penitentiary for such a memorable evening celebrating the women leading Philadelphia into this monumental year.

Visibility is not the same as action.

Automated tools can organize data, but interpreting and acting on that data requires context, experience, and follow-through.

Understanding the difference is where meaningful impact begins.

Cate Heaman and Kristen Riley had a great time attending the 42nd Annual EEI Supplier Engagement Conference last week at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown.

The event brought together energy companies, utilities, diverse suppliers, and industry leaders for meaningful conversations around public policy, business development, supplier engagement, and growth. Cate and Kristen had the opportunity to connect with several companies throughout the conference, participate in one-on-one sessions, and learn more about the evolving needs and opportunities within the energy industry.

The conference theme, “Stronger Together: Supplier Engagement in an Era of Growth,” could not have been more fitting. Events like this remind us how powerful collaboration can be when suppliers and industry leaders come together to share ideas, build relationships, and explore new ways to create impact.

Thank you to EEI for hosting such a valuable event. We are grateful for the connections made, the insights shared, and the opportunity to continue growing alongside this incredible supplier community.

What could your organization do with 33% savings reallocated back into the business?

For many companies, cost optimization is not just about cutting expenses. It is about creating room to invest in growth, innovation, people, and long-term strategy.

The right review of your technology spend could uncover opportunities hiding in plain sight.

AI FOMO is real.

With new tools launching constantly, it is easy to feel like your business needs to move fast or risk falling behind.

But AI sourcing should not be driven by panic. It should be driven by strategy, security, integration, and real business value.

Prelude helps organizations evaluate AI providers and find solutions that actually fit their goals, operations, and current technology environment.

Don't chase AI just to keep up. Source it with purpose.

Technology spend is one of the largest—and least aligned—areas of the budget.

As environments evolve, services and contracts do not always keep pace.

Improving alignment is not just about reducing costs. It’s about improving how resources are used.

A day to remember at Aronimink Golf Club for the PGA Championship!

Our CEO, Cate Heaman, had an incredible time attending thanks to the generous invitation from Chris Perillo and RKL. Cate enjoyed the day alongside Amanda Vihlen and her golf pro friend, Jimmy, and loved running into Ginny Palmieri, Charlton Monsanto, Bob Burkey, and Brian Dolan.

And of course, the cherry on top — a selfie with Cole Hamels!

Grateful for a beautiful day filled with great people, great conversations, and a day Cate will never forget.

It is hard to make the best technology decisions when you don't know every option available.

That is where an outside perspective can make a real difference.

Sometimes savings come from cleaning up what is already there. Sometimes they come from discovering better-fit providers.

Often, it is both.
