Empire Fiber Internet is proud to announce its support of a major milestone for Madison County: the first customers are now connected to fiber internet through the County’s publicly owned broadband network.

The nearly 389-mile Madison County Connect network will bring reliable, high-speed fiber internet to more than 3,600 homes, farms, and businesses. Service is now available in parts of Cazenovia, Sullivan, and Lenox, with additional areas coming online as construction and activation work continues.

As AI workloads drive demand for higher-density data centers, integrated infrastructure and advanced liquid cooling solutions are becoming essential to supporting the next generation of digital infrastructure.

Datalec Precision Installations (DPI) has merged with 3C to form 3C Datalec, creating a global liquid cooling and data center services platform with projected 2026 revenue exceeding US$400 million.

The combination brings together expertise in liquid cooling, mechanical and electrical engineering, manufacturing, connectivity and facilities management, providing data center operators with integrated solutions from design through operations.

With approximately 1,000 team members and active projects across 16 countries, 3C Datalec plans to expand its global presence, hire 200 engineers and open new facilities in Poland, Canada and the United States over the next 12 months.

Oscar has appointed Paul Lynch as Senior Vice President of Sales to lead global sales and commercial growth. Lynch brings more than two decades of experience in cybersecurity, threat hunting and enterprise analytics, including leading worldwide sales at Sqrrl Data, later acquired by Amazon Web Services (AWS).

The appointment supports Oscar’s expansion into the commercial market, building on six years of work with public-sector organizations. Duos Technologies Group has completed the sale of its GPU-as-a-Service entity to Axe Compute, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGPU), accelerating the Company's shift to a pure-play AI colocation platform.

The sale removes approximately $98.1 million of prospective equipment financing and frees up capital for new AI colocation sites, while Duos continues serving its Columbus, Georgia customer under a revised, improved five-year agreement.

Duos is now sharpening its focus as a colocation landlord, owning the site, power, and infrastructure while customers bring their own compute, and directing capital exclusively toward 10 to 30 MW modular sites across the U.S.
