Duckett’s extensive experience in the field of criminal defense law allows him to actively and accurately advise a wide array of clients on the different issues involved in navigating Virginia criminal law. Duckett’s dedication and passion for maintaining active and close-knit client relations allows him to craft and execute world class criminal defense strategies. He is highly adept at defending
a wide range of criminal issues including, DUI/DWI, domestic violence, drug charges, assault, reckless driving offenses and Federal Crimes. Duckett believes that the most important part of the defense strategy lies within the client attorney relationship. He believes that the key to a successful argument is thorough communication through emails, phone calls, and client consultations. Throughout his tenure as a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Duckett has become highly regarded as an aggressive litigator who is not willing to settle for anything less than a favorable result for his clients. Duckett received his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of Richmond in 1994. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana. Since receiving his Juris Doctorate degree, Mr. Duckett has exclusively practiced criminal law in the courthouses of Northern Virginia. He is admitted to practice in all of the courts in the Commonwealth.
