- On-Site: $175 per hr
- On-Site (Inside Beltway): $200per hr
- On-Site (DC/MD): $225 per hr
- Drop-Off (Manassas): $100 per hr (desktop size only)

Continuous improvement is something we strive to embody here at MP Managed Solutions.

A couple of weeks ago, we were fortunate to have John. Anderson from KYOCERA Document Solutions America spend two days with our technicians for an intensive training session.

Today's copiers and multifunction devices are much more than standalone pieces of hardware. They connect to networks, communicate with cloud applications, integrate with software, and can play an important role in a company's security environment. That means our technicians need to understand not only how the equipment works, but also how it connects to and interacts with the broader IT environment. This training helps our team develop that complete understanding, from the hardware itself to the software, network, and security considerations that surround it.

Investing in our technicians means investing in our customers.

We're excited to welcome Basil Abdalla to the MP Managed Solutions team. A recent graduate of George Mason University, Basil brings a background in IT (with internships at Intelsat and Navy Federal Credit Union) along with a genuine passion for the outdoors and problem-solving.

Basil is already making an impact on our IT team and quickly developing the skills needed to support our customers’ printers, copiers, and phone systems. His technical expertise, commitment to learning, and hands-on approach make him a great addition as we continue to grow.

Could not be more excited to have Henry Moore on the MP Managed Solutions team this summer.

Henry is a US Army Reserve Military Intelligence Officer with a unique background spanning finance and biotechnology. In just a few short weeks, he has already made a meaningful impact on our business.

When he's not meticulously refining 30 years of customer and prospect data, he's out negotiating with used car salesmen to help secure a Sprinter van for our growing vehicle fleet.

A law firm's print needs look nothing like a church's. A real estate brokerage runs differently than a charter school. A government office has security requirements a small retail business doesn't.

Tested. Cleaned. Configured for the client's specific workflow before it ever hits a delivery truck. The hat on top isn't ceremony. It's the last thing we put on a unit before it ships, almost like a signature.
