Heads up, TV customers! ☀️ 📺 A natural event known as a sun outage may cause brief TV signal interruptions over the next several days. If you notice pixelation, audio issues or a temporary outage, there's no need to troubleshoot. Service will return automatically once the alignment passes.

You may not see them, but online threats are everywhere. That's why our routers use cloud-managed security that works quietly in the background 24/7, helping block malicious websites, viruses, and network intrusions - before they ever reach your connected devices. See how many have been blocked on your network by opening the MySolarus app. 🛡️

Did you know that slow speeds, buffering and drop connections don't always mean there's a problem with your Internet? Sometimes, it's just the Wi-Fi signal between your device and Internet connection. 🌐

With the MySolarus app, you can see a complete list of your devices along with corresponding Wi-Fi strength and get guided help for improvement, if needed. Just follow these steps:

1. Run a speed test.
2. Scroll to Device Wi-Fi Strength to see how each connected device is performing.
3. If you see a device marked as "fair", you can tap to troubleshoot.
4. Follow the quick tips tailored to that device.
5. Run another speed test to see if it resolves the issue. (Some updates show up fast, but others can take up to 24 hours to see improvement.)

Better Wi-Fi starts with better visibility. Download the MySolarus app to start optimizing your network today! 🙌

Internet speed is measured using two key metrics: upload speed and download speed. But do you know the difference? 🤔

Think of it this way:

⬇️ Download speed is how quickly information comes to you. It's what powers streaming, web browsing, and downloading files.

⬆️ Upload speed is how quickly information travels from you to the Internet. It's important for video calls, online gaming, uploading photos and cloud backups.

Whether you're streaming your favorite show, joining a virtual meeting, or sharing photos with friends and family, both upload and download speeds play an important role in your online experience.

💡 Pro Tip: Fiber Internet delivers fast upload and download speeds, helping your household stay connected without slowdowns.

📚✏️ Back-to-school photos are a fun way to celebrate a new school year, but be sure to carefully think about what information you're sharing online. The Better Business Bureau recommends taking a few extra steps to help protect your family's privacy.

🔒 Quick tips:
• Avoid sharing personal details like your child's full name, teacher, school, or age.
• Choose photo backgrounds that don't reveal your address, bus stop, school sign, or other identifiable locations.
• Review your social media privacy settings and limit who can see your posts.
• Be cautious of friend requests from people you don't know.

A little extra caution can help keep those first-day memories safe and secure. 💙 Learn more by following the link in the comment below.
