I have had several meetings with Elvin Mercado to discuss the items addressed in this letter below. Please read the letter from John S. Morgan, Vice President, Delivery Operations and Jennifer T. Vo, Vice President, Retail Operations. This now clarifies how long a “Lunch Break” should be in normal circumstances and how other schedule changes should be handled.

I am very saddened by the news that Kevin Gagnon, a longtime MDO at the Manchester P & DC and NAPS Member, passed away this morning.

His services will be Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 9:00am at the Peabody Funeral Home in Londonderry, NH. The burial will follow at the Pillsbury Cemetery.

Kevin was a wealth of knowledge, he mentored many of us. I considered him a friend.
