For those who haven't discovered Ted Lasso, in addition to being a funny and touching show, it's loaded with life lessons.

I highly recommend it, especially the holiday episode. (Trigger warning: the show does have some adult themes and language that some may be uncomfortable with.)

North Pole Mastermind is a private Facebook Group where Santa, Mrs. Claus and other performers of all types can gather to find and share information.

A Mastermind is a community of knowledgeable, experienced members who can discuss various issues and topics with others of similar status.

The group is for those serious performers who are striving to build their businesses and improve their own performances. All applicants for membership must complete the questions at registration to be considered.

Unlike other groups with 1000+ members, we are limiting enrollment to 100 for now. But we need 100 members who will join the discussions, ask questions and offer advice.

This is a fee based service ($25 per year) but the charge is being waived the first year for all those who join by October 30, 2021. Applicants must still meet the requirement and complete the questions.

Finally sat down to clarify what we will be offering for services. There will be more to come, but this is a start. Go to the SERVICES tab to see more detailed information.

1. Personalized Consulting Program: Designed for those who are working on developing long term plans, completing complex projects, or want guidance for an extended period. An essential goal of this service is to keep the client making progress through timelines and checkpoints.

2. North Pole Mastermind: A Facebook Group for members to share information, raise questions and offer ideas. We will be recruiting various "experts" on particular topics and skills who will act as resources for the group.

3. Private Coaching Session: As needed direct assistance by phone, video call or in person will be provided. This is useful for a individual issue or problem that requires help. It could also be used when someone needs a sounding board to bounce ideas off.

Other services are planned for the future. But if you have suggestions or particular needs, pass them along.
