- Data centers consumed about 415 terawatt-hours of electricity in 2024.
- Global data center electricity consumption is projected to reach about 945 terawatt-hours by 2030.
- Verizon’s 2025 Data Breach Investigations Report analyzed more than 22,000 security incidents and 12,195 confirmed breaches. Ransomware appeared in 44% of breaches.
- The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projects about 280,000 openings each year in computer and IT occupations from 2025 through 2035.

Mainstay Technologies has achieved CMMC Level 2 certification following an independent C3PAO assessment conducted by Monarch Information Security Consulting, with a perfect score.

Organizations supporting the Defense Industrial Base deserve technology partners who understand CMMC through direct experience. We chose to complete the same demanding process that we help our clients prepare for. That meant examining our own systems, policies, security practices, documentation, and supporting evidence under independent review.

Completing the process ourselves gives our team a grounded understanding of what CMMC readiness requires in practice. We know what it takes to prepare the evidence, coordinate the assessment, answer detailed questions, and demonstrate that documented security practices are operating consistently.

Behind this certification is a team committed to doing the work the right way. We're incredibly proud of the people across Mainstay who contributed their time, expertise, and attention to detail throughout this process. Their commitment to excellence made this achievement possible and reflects the standard we strive to deliver for our clients every day.

CMMC continues to evolve, and recent government action has changed the timetable for expanding mandatory third-party assessments.
