I’m thrilled to share some exciting news!

I am officially a Certified People Coach through The Science of People! 🎉

Have you ever felt misunderstood? Are you tired of feeling awkward? Do you want to increase your influence or leadership abilities?
That is why I pursued this rigorous certification. It spoke to me personally, and I have grown so much!

We spend time in classes, reading books, working with coaches, and using AI to perfect our words, our message, but I never studied or learned how to improve my presence. 60-90% of how we communicate is through body language!

This certification deepened my understanding of human behavior, communication science, first impressions, influence, and the powerful cues that shape how we connect. It’s been an incredible journey of learning, reflection, and growth.

Why this matters:
People are at the heart of every great organization. When we understand what drives connection, trust, and influence, we don’t just communicate better, we collaborate more authentically and create cultures where people feel seen, understood, and empowered.

I’m grateful for the support of my community, peers, and clients who challenge me to keep growing. Now, I’m excited to walk alongside even more individuals who are ready to cultivate presence, strengthen communication skills, and elevate their influence.

As I step into the new year, I’m choosing to go deep and slow.

So many messages right now are about quick recaps of 2025 and fast declarations for 2026. While there’s nothing wrong with that, I’m realizing I need something different this season. The holidays are full and beautiful, but also busy, and they don’t always leave space for the kind of quiet thinking and heart-work I want behind my goals.

So I’m giving myself permission (and you, too) to take much of January to reflect, listen, plan thoughtfully, and care well for what’s next. I want my goals to be well-considered, aligned, and rooted in intention, not rushed or reactive.

Depth over speed. Thoughtfulness over urgency.

I’m trusting that taking my time now will lead to clearer, stronger steps forward later.
