Just a reminder of the Ervin & Marlene Gomke Estate sale on Thursday, June 11 at 301 1st Street SE, Mandan. The sale begins at 4 pm and the real estate will sell at 6 pm. There will likely be 4 trailers full of auction items plus a number of items on the ground. This sale features a little bit of everything including an up to date home with 30'x40' shop. Check it out. Our next auction is the Ervin & Marlene Gomke Estate Auction this Thursday, June 11 at 301 1st Street SE, Mandan, ND. The sale begins at 4:00 pm.

The highlight of this sale is the real estate including a well maintained and updated 1620 square foot home with a 30'x40' shop/garage. The real estate will sell at 6:00 pm. Also selling are a selection of antiques and collectibles, some furniture, kitchenware, canning and sausage making equipment/supplies, handicap equipment, Honda generator (unused), John Deere snowblower, lawn and garden tools and supplies, some tools and miscellaneous.

Just a reminder of the Larry Naasz Estate and Betty Naasz Auction tomorrow (Saturday, June 6) at 2129 Coulee Drive N, Mandan, ND (from the roundabout on Collins Ave & Old Red Trail, go 2.9 miles north on Highway 1806, turn west onto Coulee Drive N). Sale begins at 10:00 am. Four trailers full, one of toy trains and accessories, one of antiques & collectibles (radios, phonographs, sad and gas irons, etc), one of tools, and one of mostly household. In addition, there are many items on the ground including stationary engines, car parts (mostly Model T & A), hardware and supplies, lawn and garden items, ladders, etc, etc.

Our next auction is the Larry Naasz Estate and Betty Naasz Auction this Saturday, June 6, at 2129 Coulee Drive N, Mandan, ND (from the roundabout on Collins Ave & Old Red Trail, go 2.9 miles north on Highway 1806, turn west onto Coulee Drive N). Sale begins at 10:00 am. Larry loved auctions and was a collector of many different things but he especially liked toy trains, stationary engines, and Model T Fords.

Sale highlights include toy trains, stationary engines, antique radios & phonographs, brass National cash register, crank wall telephone, clocks, diecast toy cars, miscellaneous antiques and collectibles including a seat from the old Metropolitan Stadium in Minneapolis, tools and shop items, lawn and garden items, some household items, and miscellaneous items.

Just a reminder of the Larry Beck Estate & Nancy Beck Auction scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, May 30 in Beulah ND. The sale is still on at this point. There is lots on this sale. There are 4 trailers that are heaping full, a garage full of furniture, and lots more to come out in the morning. Hopefully the weather will cooperate long enough to get everything sold.

Folks, this is a big auction - lots of merchandise. Lots of tools & shop items, antiques, collectibles, 1 oz. gold coin, coal mining/UMWA memorabilia, original artwork, very clean line of furniture, household items, yard and garden Items, outdoor items and miscellaneous. We will likely only be able to get 3 trailers in the back yard so they will likely have to be filled as we sell them off.

Just a reminder of the Janet & Punk Brackenbury Farm Auction tomorrow, May 16 at 3330 29th Street SE, Steele, ND. Featured is an older line of farm equipment and some smaller items. All items are sold as is as most items have not been used for several years. There have been a number of changes to the items being offered for sale. The 30' Rowse dump rake, International corn planter, and MacDon swather will not be on the sale as they are located off-site and had issues that prevented them from being moved to the auction site. Please note the steel gates listed on the printed sale bill have been withdrawn from the sale and will not be sold. The 2 John Deere tractors, GMC truck, and Bobcat skidsteer are not running.

VERY IMPORTANT: ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY MAY 23 - ONE WEEK FROM THE AUCTION. NO EXCEPTIONS.

In addition, Bridgette Gullickson will be hosting a household tag/estate sale at the house from 10:30 to 5:00 pm. Everything that Janet is not taking with her is being offered for sale: household items, furniture, furniture, antiques, collectibles, and miscellaneous. It all has to go.

Our next auction is the Janet and Punk Brackenbury Auction this Saturday, May 16 at 3330 29th Street SE, Steele, ND. The sale begins at 10:30 am. Janet has sold her farmstead and her son, Punk, has retired from farming.

Offered at auction is a line of older farm equipment including a stock trailer, 5th wheel trailer, 3 tractors, tillage and seeding equipment, loaders, haying equipment, livestock equipment, 1963 Chevy II 300, fishing boat, and miscellaneous items. All items sold as is condition. Most items have not been used in several years. Please note the steel gates listed on the printed sale bill have been withdrawn from the sale and will not be sold. Also, with regard to some of the tillage equipment that is pictured, I am uncertain what is to be sold and what is not to be sold.

Thanks to all who attended the Clara Tellinghuisen 2-Day Antique Auction this weekend. A total of 9.5 hours of auction time and over 925 items/lots were "re-homed" over the 2 days. We had buyers/bidders from 7 different states. The highest selling items were the UND Sioux vase for $1150 on Friday and the White Earth, ND advertising Red Wing 1 gallon crock for $4200 on Saturday. Clara and her family extend their thanks and appreciation to all the attendees. It was a fun weekend.
