**Position:** Draftsperson
**Location:** Remote (preferably familiar with Louisiana and Florida)

**Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced draftsperson skilled in designing and drafting commercial construction plans for US customers. The candidate should be knowledgeable in Fire Marshall and International Building Code (IBC) requirements, specifically those applicable in Louisiana and Florida. The role includes creating detailed construction plans that comply with relevant codes and regulations.

**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in CAD, Revit, and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of US building codes, Fire Marshall regulations, and IBC
- Experience in commercial and residential projects
- Understanding of Louisiana and Florida-specific codes

**Additional Requirements:**
- Preference for candidates holding an engineering license in Louisiana and Florida, or a system to have plans stamped by a licensed engineer.
