We celebrate when our babies learn tummy time, crawl, take their first steps, try new foods, ride a bike, read their first book, and make new friends. We know those skills take practice, patience, and encouragement. We don’t expect them to master them overnight, and we don’t assume frustration means they’re not ready.

Sleep is no different.

Independent sleep is a learned skill. Teaching it doesn’t mean you’re choosing sleep over connection or independence over attachment. It means you’re giving your child the opportunity to learn while knowing you’re their safe place every step of the way.

Your child doesn’t need you to prevent every struggle.

They need you to believe they’re capable of learning.

One of the questions I get asked most is, “When is the best time to work with you?”

My answer is simple: when you’re ready.

I work with families starting as early as 0–3 weeks and all the way through 7 years old, so whether you’re building healthy sleep habits from the beginning or working through bedtime struggles with an older child, I’m here to help.

When you’re ready, I’ll be ready too.
DM me to get started.

To the dads who learn the routine by heart, never let a bottle go unwashed, and can swaddle a baby like they’ve been doing it their whole lives.

To the dads who take the monitor so mom can get some rest, tackle bedtime when the day has been long, and somehow find the energy for “just one more story.”

To the dads who jump in without keeping score, who know parenting is a team effort, and who can make everyone laugh when the day feels a little chaotic.

As a sleep consultant, I have the privilege of working with families during some of the most exhausting and rewarding seasons of parenthood. Time and time again, I see dads showing up in ways big and small—always offering support, encouragement, consistency, and love. Those moments matter more than you know.

Happy Father’s Day to all the incredible dads and father figures. Thank you for all you do.

As a pediatric sleep consultant, I actually do understand why parents use tracking apps.

When you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and trying to make sense of your child’s sleep… data can feel reassuring.

Tracking feeds, naps, wake windows, and overnight sleep can absolutely be helpful.

But I also see the other side of it all the time:
😩 Parents becoming anxious when naps aren’t “perfect.”
😩 Obsessing over wake windows.
😩 Feeling like they’re failing if the schedule gets off track.
😩 Analyzing every “wake up” in the night when it’s just their child being human

And that’s where support matters. Healthy sleep isn’t about controlling every minute of your baby’s day.

It’s about understanding your baby, creating rhythms that feel sustainable, responding with confidence instead of fear, and helping the whole family rest better.

The goal of sleep support should never be more pressure.

It should help you feel:
✔ calmer
✔ more confident
✔ more rested
✔ less consumed by tracking and Googling

Sometimes we use data as a TOOL. But we never want it to replace intuition, flexibility, or mental health.

And I’m here to help with a solid plan that truly works. Ready for support? Let’s chat ☎️

Sleep feeling harder than it should? 😵‍💫

I see this all the time. A child who seems wired at bedtime, takes short or inconsistent naps, wakes overnight, or starts the day way too early. It can feel confusing and frustrating, especially when you are doing everything else right.

Here is the thing. On top of independent sleep skills, timing matters more than most people realize.

When both are in place, everything gets easier.

Start here ➡️➡️ Use my Schedule Maker Tool in my bio to find your child’s ideal routine.
