So many parents, especially first-time parents, are doing their best with no real Plan B or Plan C. And when the tools stop working, the chaos feels personal.
This was my awakening: realizing that parents don’t need more pressure… they need structure, guidance, and a plan that actually works for their home.

My mission is to help families raise calm, connected kids with intention, not improvisation. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to walk this alone.
Dios siempre acomoda el camino.

Grateful to and for offering the space to share this message. Thank you for seeing the value in these conversations for families.

We think our kids need constant entertainment, screens, toys, sounds, lights, but that’s exactly what’s making it harder for them to focus, wait, and stay calm. ⚡️
When we teach children that everything happens instantly, we raise little humans who struggle with patience later in life.
Let’s bring boredom back, it’s where imagination and self-control are born. 💡

As a Parent Coach & Mentor, I help families create calm, screen-free routines that build emotional regulation and attention skills from the start.
If this resonates with you, share it with another parent who needs to hear it, and let’s start working together on what truly matters. 🌱

🧩 Why It Matters When Kids Clean Up Their Own Messes

“Why do I have to clean this up?” a simple question that reveals a big life lesson.

When kids learn to take responsibility, from planning, preparing, doing, and cleaning up, they’re building the foundation for discipline, accountability, and independence.
Because in life, no one comes to clean up our messes for us, and every small act of responsibility today prepares them for bigger challenges tomorrow. 🌱

As a Parent Coach & Mentor, I help families model these habits early, turning everyday moments into powerful life lessons that shape confident, capable kids.

🍬 “We don’t give that much sugar…” Until you realize how much candy ends up in the trash and in other kids’ hands.

Hi, I’m Anto Jimenz, parent-coaching mentor from Costa Rica, where we learn that raising kids isn’t just about discipline, it’s about connection with people, the planet, and our own values. 🌎💛

So here’s my question to every parent:
If you wouldn’t give your child all that sugar… why give it to someone else’s?
And if we love our kids’ future… why keep producing more trash than lessons?

Let’s raise kids who are kind, conscious, and aware of their impact.

What’s fun for us can sometimes feel scary for them.
Kids between 3 and 11 are still learning how to process emotions, sounds, and new experiences — and what we see as harmless fun can feel overwhelming from their point of view.

💭 Their brains are still connecting what’s real vs. pretend, and that’s why introducing new things slowly and with empathy makes such a difference.
🪄 A spooky costume, loud music, or sudden surprises can trigger fear instead of curiosity.

✨ Let’s meet them where they are — with patience, calm, and understanding.
Connection over perfection, always. 💛

💭 Saying “no” isn’t the only way to set limits.
Sometimes it’s about guiding your child to make better choices, and helping them feel seen and in control while you stay in charge.

In this video, I share how to stop your kid from eating too much candy 🍬, refusing to shower 🚿, or asking for more screen time 📺, all without using the word “no.”

Because when communication changes, connection grows. ✨

🎃 Halloween and costume parties can be fun to you but not every child finds it funny! 👻
Whether it’s Halloween or a themed celebration, some decorations or costumes might feel exciting for one child and overwhelming for another.
✨ The key? Understanding the stage they’re at, and letting them explore comfort at their own pace.

Start with simple things like pumpkins, friendly characters, or silly costumes before introducing the scarier stuff.
Confidence grows from safety, not surprise. 💛

👩‍👧‍👦 Let’s make every celebration memorable, not stressful.
💬 How do you help your kids feel comfortable during costume events?
