I have to say....mine is either Google Drive or Gmail.
I can NOT live without these two.

One for organization of anything and everything. Folders...I'd be a folder 😆
One for communication within my business.
Both are so important.

Mid week check in!
I found myself having to create multiple to do list, and laughed when I had to create a to do list to make myself create a list. 🤦‍♀️

How many times can I say "to do list" in one posts?

Let's pretend you went ahead and delegated a simple 10 minute tasks to a virtual assistant.
This could be:
🌸 Checking your emails and organizing them so you don't spend the first part of your morning doing it yourself.
🌸 Engagement on your socials
🌸 Touching base with your calendar to see upcoming appointments
🌸 Writing up a quick newsletter for your business
🌸 Responding to customer inquiries and getting them started on your CRM system

Think about a small 10 min. task YOU do on the daily, now hand it over.
That tasks would save you 40 hours a year....
Still not enough? What if that 40 hours gave you a whole week free to plan a week off? Go on vacation?
Now imagine if you chose a 20 min tasks? 60 minute tasks?
A VA is there to save you time.

Why does a former teacher make a great virtual assistant?
Let's start with Lesson Planning!

I had detailed and well-thought-out plans for every school day. ➡️ This is time management.

I put higher order thinking questions in my lessons. ➡️ This is knowing how/when to ask the right questions to a client.

I have pre-planned how to handle misconceptions during my teaching. I consciously use kid-friendly language to avoid this as much as possible. ➡️ This is customer support.

Sometimes my plans just don’t work out, so I change them up. ➡️ This is being flexible and adaptive.

The examples could keep going! But remember, an educator has a wide set of skills that can be easily transferable to meet your needs and goals.
Don't underestimate them!
