Meet Co-Owners Dave and Melissa Romero. Dave manages the shop and Mel does all of the baking. Dave was previously a Pastor and Worship Leader. He is also a professional recording artist. Look him up on your favorite platform. Mel works full time as a Dental Assistant. When not baking, she loves to read and spend time with their grandkids. Both are passionate about Brothers and the Manhattan community.
