These little sweet peas have been working on falling asleep independently in their crib and they're making great progress!

Working with babies this young means we do more consistent overnight care in order to teach new, sustainable habits/routines without any type of "cry it out"/extinction methods.

Bonus that mom and dad get to sleep all night while we're on duty!
