100 cookies to bake between today and tomorrow. And my small oven-I call it my Easy Bake Oven-only holds a quarter sheet tray which only bakes 4-6 cookies at a time. 😩 it’s going to be a long couple of nights.

I walk in the house tonight and as soon as I walk in Ash looks at me and says “Cupcake Muffin.”
Me:Look little girl. I’m not baking fresh cupcakes every time you come over.
Also me still with my coat on, pre-heating the oven and making fresh cupcakes.
Yup, she’s spoiled. 😂😂🤣

I just signed up for Whole Life Insurance. We all need it. Your family with already be wracked with grief; no need to cause them additional stress. Make sure you plan for when you are no longer here. And it’s not expensive; it’s less than $15 per week for $20,000 of coverage. I was rushing back to my desk so I just chose a random amount. I plan to increase it next week.

Soooo….I baked a birthday flavored cake in for Courtnee West friend that I’ll use to make cake jars so I can ship them. Well I have to make more cake cause her and Chan have been eating the cake and I won’t have enough to make 6 cake jars. They must think this is a real bakery. I don’t have time to bake enough to keep up with these two. 😩🙄

So I made cupcakes tonight, but I didn’t like how they turned out. I was about to throw them out. But Ashlynn saw them and said Cu-cake!! So now she’s on her third Cu-cake. Lol my grandbaby loves them so I guess they aren’t so bad. 😊
