Noble Consulting, LLC “There is nothing more noble than helping others succeed.” Alan McGinnis. Alicia and Jeremy are here to support you as you build your life or business.

We believe every person and organization has purpose, a path, and...unfortunately, problems.

10/13/2026

GOLD FOUND: Purpose is rarely discovered in reflection alone -- it's uncovered in the act of serving, building, and trying.

DIRT NAMED: Waiting to feel purposeful before acting gets the order backwards.

NEXT DIG MAPPED: Serve someone this week with your best skill, free of charge. Notice what it tells you about your purpose.

10/12/2026

GOLD FOUND: Purpose is the why that keeps working when motivation clocks out.

DIRT NAMED: Goals without purpose get abandoned at the first real test.

NEXT DIG MAPPED: For your biggest goal, finish this sentence honestly: "This matters because ___." If you can't, rethink the goal.

10/09/2026

GOLD FOUND: Hope reveals that something better is possible.

DIRT NAMED: Hope alone is not enough; buried treasure is never uncovered by wishing.

NEXT DIG MAPPED: Turn hope into movement. Identify one step, one conversation, or one decision that gets you closer to where you want to be.

If 'something better' looks like a consulting business of your own, comment JOURNEY -- The Noble Journey turns that hope into a dig plan.

10/08/2026

GOLD FOUND: Hope reminds us that today's circumstances are not the final chapter.

DIRT NAMED: The challenge is that hope can feel passive. Waiting rarely creates change.

NEXT DIG MAPPED: Instead of asking, "What do I hope happens?" ask, "What can I influence today?" Then take action on that answer.

10/07/2026

GOLD FOUND: Hope allows us to see possibilities before we can see results.

DIRT NAMED: When hope isn't paired with action, it slowly becomes wishful thinking.

NEXT DIG MAPPED: Write down one outcome you're hoping for. Then identify the very next step required to make it more likely.

10/06/2026

GOLD FOUND: Hope is the fuel that keeps people moving when the destination is still out of sight.

DIRT NAMED: Many people mistake hope for a plan. Hope can start the journey, but it cannot carry the entire load.

NEXT DIG MAPPED: Keep your hope. Then give it direction. What's one action you can take this week that moves your future forward?

If hope's destination is a business of your own, DM me NOBLE -- The Noble Journey gives hope a map.

10/05/2026

GOLD FOUND: Hope gives us the strength to push forward.

DIRT NAMED: But hope alone is not a strategy.

NEXT DIG MAPPED: Pair hope with a clear plan -- what's one step you can take today?

10/02/2026

GOLD FOUND: Deep friendship is built in small, repeated deposits: showing up, remembering, following through.

DIRT NAMED: We expect instant depth and abandon relationships that are simply still young.

NEXT DIG MAPPED: Pick one newer relationship worth growing. Make one small deposit this week and another next week.

10/01/2026

GOLD FOUND: The relationships you build are the most durable asset of any career -- they outlast jobs, titles, and market cycles.

DIRT NAMED: Professionals network when they need something, which is precisely when it works worst.

NEXT DIG MAPPED: Invest in one relationship this week with zero agenda: share an article, make an introduction, ask a real question.

Consulting businesses are built on relationships like these. DM me NOBLE to learn how The Noble Journey turns your network into your net worth -- honorably.

09/30/2026

GOLD FOUND: A friend who tells you the truth about your blind spots is worth more than ten who applaud everything.

DIRT NAMED: We curate friends who agree with us, then wonder why we keep making the same mistakes.

NEXT DIG MAPPED: Ask one trusted friend: "What's one thing I do that gets in my own way?" Then just listen.
