Fall is hitting the Glasshouse menu (and yes, we know it’s not quite fall…yet) — and this one comes with a birthday celebration. 🍂

September is Krista’s birthday month, and she’s turning the big 4-0, so naturally we needed a cocktail to mark the occasion and Krista’s favorite cocktail: the Glasshouse 75.

Our fall take on a French 75 brings together Old Republic Distillery Tavern Ephrata Gin + 1764, our sparkling wine, for a cocktail worthy of celebrating 40 years. 🥂

And that’s just the start of the new fall lineup. We’ve been busy taste-testing, photographing (and maybe taste-testing again) some new seasonal favorites:

• Black Betty’s Fall Affair — a fall sangria featuring our Black Betty and spiced rum from Big Spring Spirits
• Autumn After Dark — tequila, apple cider & agave, topped with ginger beer
• Glasshouse 75 — gin, lemon, simple syrup and 1764
• Fig & Goat Cheese Flatbread with apples, red onion, arugula & balsamic
• Sourdough Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup — because fall
• Pretzel Bites with ground stone mustard
• Cookie Crock with chocolate chip cookie, caramel & whipped cream

Plus, the Glasshouse Board, Cheese Lover’s Board and Sweet & Salty Board are sticking around for all your wine-flight snacking needs.

🔊 SOUND ON — this one sounds exactly like home. 🌾🦗

One year ago, we became the owners of this beautiful little piece of the world. 🍇

In just 365 days, we’ve turned a property into a home, given Lucy 7 acres to live her absolute best life, planted our first acre of grapes, and spent more hours than we can count working, dreaming, digging, planting and figuring it all out as we go.

Tonight, though, we’re just sitting back and taking it in.

Grasshoppers chirping. Vines growing. Lucy roaming somewhere on her 7 acres. And a bottle of our newly released 2025 vintage of 1838 open to celebrate. 🥂(It’s Sparkling Blackberry wine so think dessert in a glass!)



There’s still SO much to do here — but looking back at how much has changed in just one year makes this one feel pretty special.

Cheers to one year at the vineyard, our first acre in the ground, and everything still to come. ❤️🍇

Meet the Grape Garage 🍇🍷

Our little grape-covered hideaway is officially one of our favorite spots in the Wine Garden. The vines have completely taken over the canopy, giving this corner some much-needed natural shade from that Manheim summer sun — with a glass of wine conveniently within reach.

We have a feeling these seats are going to be hot real estate on Saturday, 8/29 for our End of Summer Celebration! ☀️

Grab a spot under the grapes and settle in for an evening of wine, live music, and some seriously good food:

Last year you guys helped us crank out 72 hot dogs in just TWO HOURS, so of course we’re bringing Weenies & Wine back — this time for a full four hours!

Vineyard update:

10% dreaming about future wine.

90% crawling around on our hands and knees convincing w**ds that this is, in fact, not their vineyard. 😂

Every w**d we remove gives these young vines a better chance to develop strong roots and sturdy trunks instead of competing for water and nutrients. It may not make for glamorous content, but it’s exactly the kind of attention that helps produce healthier vines—and better wine—for years to come.

We can’t wait to watch them grow. 🍇🍷
