Little River Holdings, LLC is honored to play a role in this development project with Samarita’s. On Thursday, February 8th, 2024, Brittney and Tyler attended the groundbreaking for First Hope Apartments in Spring Lake. This project is scheduled to be completed by February 2025.

In 2019 Little River Holdings partnered with Hollander Development to create A 45-unit apartment complex that helps address affordable housing needs within the community of Manistee. This project was completed in 2022. Our second LIHTC Project which is partnered with Samaritas is set to break ground on February 8, 2024. This project is projected to provide 53- units of affordable senior living to the Spring Lake area.
Due to new requirements for us to partner on these projects there is a requirement set aside of 20% of available units for tribal citizens and descendants from any federally recognized tribe. If you are interested in being put on a waiting list for these units scan our QR Code.
