An evening post, but it's not random, because we've got some friends that need some love!

Calling on all of our coffee loving friends to go give The Loft all your coolest stickers and toss a little extra into their tip jar to help get this door situation handled!

While we’re cozy in bed, these amazing humans are up at the crack of dawn making sure we have fresh bagels and coffee to start our day right...And now they’re spending their precious time dealing with this.

It’s not just about the cost of the door — it’s the time, energy, and memories that go into running a small business.

So let’s show up for the people who show up for us. Sticker it. Tip it. Support your local small businesses. 🫶🚪 🤩

You know how it feels to lose your trusty water bottle full of stickers? Same. This time it's our front door...
There was a little accident a couple weeks ago (reminder, don't park your bikes behind our door lol)
How do we replace the sticker from that epic nye phish show at msg, or the one from that time KRDO13 gave us the restaurant top score?
Well, the new door is up, so we're all safe but lost our front door flair. So hey friends, if you got any jam stickers lying around, help us build our collection! Bring what you got to Katie & Justin and we'll make a new lil collage. You know what we like :)

RIP Saint Dolly

We were gifted with the luxury of existing at the same time as this beautiful soul. She led with kindness, lived her life unapologetically, and yet afforded everyone an opportunity to be themselves without judgment. We could all take a cue from her handbook.

**Water Issues… Again**

Well, here we are again. The city is experiencing water issues, and unfortunately, we’re having to adjust our operations. 😒

We know this is short notice, but we just found out, too. There was no warning—just a simple Facebook post from the City of Manitou Springs Government. We’re just trying to do our best to navigate the situation with the little information we have.

As much as we cannot afford to keep shutting down, we also can’t operate normally without water. (We ain’t Jesus, but we certainly need water to make wine! 😂)

Eric will be at the shop today, but will only be offering bottles, glasses, and slushies to go. We will NOT be able to offer tastings, food, or table service.

On the bright side, today is a fabulous day to stop in or give us a call for your holiday gift certificates and to place your wine batch orders.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration. Trust us—we are just as inconvenienced and frustrated. We’d much rather be serving you normally than trying to explain why we can’t.

We will keep you posted if anything changes.

This month has been one of the busiest months we've ever had! We kicked off the month at Vino & Notes Festival, we participated at the Estes Park Wine Festival last weekend, and we wrapped up the month at the Front Range Wine Festival - Windsor. The time spent traveling, loading/unloading, crazy weather, and even crazier traffic was a bit challenging this go around, so we're happy to be tucked in safely back in the Springs.

In between, we helped our eldest child move into his first apartment and are spending the next few days getting our youngest back in school. It's definitely been a mental and physical balancing act, we've met a lot of wonderful people and are happy to be home for the next week or so until we crash into September! If you have time, we'd love to see you all at the shop this week during our downtime! 😍

It's time to go support our friends over at Painting with a Twist! Even if you don't get over there in the next few days, it's a great time to order your gift certificates for the holidays or book your next party with them!

Their air conditioning went out, and like everything else, it costs an arm and a leg to get it fixed. Of course these things are expected, but things hit a lot harder when you're a small business owner. Even just sharing their post and spreading the word can do wonders for a small business!

Yes, we host events (and obviously we have wine), but we're sharing because they're not our competitors, they're are neighbors and we believe there's room at the table for all of us.
