MTM Gives Back!

Thank you to everyone who participated in our recent American Red Cross blood drive.

Together, our team donated 24 units of blood. With each unit having the potential to save up to 3 lives, our donations could impact as many as 72 lives in our communities.

We are incredibly proud of our employees for stepping up and making a difference.

This month we’re recognizing Charles Ehlenbeck, MTM’s Production Planning Supervisor!

Charles joined MTM in 2019 as a Material Planner and has grown into a key leadership role helping keep production moving and customers supported every day. With a background in scheduling, continuous improvement, and supply chain operations, Charles brings a ton of experience and dedication to the team.

Fun fact: When he’s not planning production schedules, Charles has been playing drums in a Rock & Roll band for 26 years and also runs live audio for local bands!
