A little noise, a lot of excitement, and three massive HVAC units rolling into place last week at MTM. Our climate‑controlled facility just got a serious upgrade — cooler summers, warmer winters, and a better workspace for the crew that keeps this place moving.

Great weather, great food and an even better team!

The MTM crew recently enjoyed a company cookout featuring cheese curds and brat burgers prepared on our custom-made grill and smoker... because at MTM, even the cookout equipment is built with pride!

Every employee also received a new MTM shirt to commemorate the day. It was a great opportunity to step away from the shop floor, enjoy some delicious food and spend time together as a team.

We were also excited to welcome back several retired employees - or “MTM Alumni,” as we like to call them. It was wonderful catching up and hearing them share memories from their years at MTM. Once you’re part of the MTM family, you’re always part of the MTM family!

We’re proud to celebrate Elliot Noth on his Tool & Die Apprenticeship signing day!

Elliot has been gaining valuable hands-on experience at MTM through his Youth Apprenticeship while simultaneously earning hours toward his Tool & Die Apprenticeship. Even better, Elliot plans to continue his career with MTM long-term as a Tool & Die Maker.

We were excited to celebrate this milestone with Elliot, his family, and his program directors. We’re proud to be part of his journey and look forward to watching him grow!

Please join us in congratulating Chris Hein and Joseph Yang on completing their apprenticeships and earning their Journeyman Tool & Die Maker cards. This achievement represents years of hands-on training, dedication, and commitment to their craft.

Chris joined MTM in 2020 and began his apprenticeship in 2021. Through his hard work and dedication, he has earned his place as a Journeyman Tool & Die Maker.

Joseph joined MTM in 2018 and began his apprenticeship in 2021. His dedication to learning and developing his skills has helped him reach this important career milestone.

Congratulations, Chris and Joseph, on this well-earned achievement. We are proud to have you as part of the Manitowoc Tool & Manufacturing team!
