We’re proud to celebrate Elliot Noth on his Tool & Die Apprenticeship signing day!

Elliot has been gaining valuable hands-on experience at MTM through his Youth Apprenticeship while simultaneously earning hours toward his Tool & Die Apprenticeship. Even better, Elliot plans to continue his career with MTM long-term as a Tool & Die Maker.

We were excited to celebrate this milestone with Elliot, his family, and his program directors. We’re proud to be part of his journey and look forward to watching him grow!

Please join us in congratulating Chris Hein and Joseph Yang on completing their apprenticeships and earning their Journeyman Tool & Die Maker cards. This achievement represents years of hands-on training, dedication, and commitment to their craft.

Chris joined MTM in 2020 and began his apprenticeship in 2021. Through his hard work and dedication, he has earned his place as a Journeyman Tool & Die Maker.

Joseph joined MTM in 2018 and began his apprenticeship in 2021. His dedication to learning and developing his skills has helped him reach this important career milestone.

This month, we are proud to recognize Jonathan Hafner for our MTM Employee Highlight!

Jon joined Manitowoc Tool & Manufacturing in 2015 as a Shipping Material Handler and has since grown into his current role as a Shipping Clerk. For over 11 years, Jon has played an important role in helping keep shipments moving and supporting our customers each day.

When asked what he enjoys most about MTM, Jon shared: “The best thing about MTM is that they make you feel like family within.”

Outside of work, Jon enjoys Trap shooting ,fishing, hunting, and racing... and fishing definitely runs in the family! His Great Uncle, Jerry Graves, boated the Wisconsin State Record Chinook Salmon in Sheboygan back in 1971 at 35 lbs. and 40 inches long.

Thank you, Jon, for your hard work, dedication, and being an important part of the MTM team!

MTM Gives Back!

Thank you to everyone who participated in our recent American Red Cross blood drive.

Together, our team donated 24 units of blood. With each unit having the potential to save up to 3 lives, our donations could impact as many as 72 lives in our communities.

We are incredibly proud of our employees for stepping up and making a difference.

Thank you to the American Red Cross for partnering with us and helping make this event a success.
