Parrish's commercial last week might be my favorite one yet. He opened with "I'm the local crack dealer!" He's not selling dependency though, he's doing the opposite. Parrish's whole approach is getting you adjusted, getting your body working right, and building a plan so you're not back in his chair every other week needing another fix.

That's the kind of chiropractic care that actually respects your time and your wallet. Fix the problem, not create a repeat customer.

📢 Last Week's Featured Presenter: Heather Bierer with FOCP BackPack Food Program 📢

Last week Heather Bierer came in and talked about FOCP!

FOCP runs a discreet backpack program for kids in grades K-12, sending home food for weekends and school breaks so hunger doesn't follow kids home when school lets out. They work around allergies and dietary restrictions too, so it's not just "food," it's food kids can actually eat.

Here's the part that we love the most, you don't need to jump through hoops to qualify. If a family self identifies as food insecure, they're in. No red tape. No income qualifications. Just support when you need it.

And the need is real and it's growing. Food insecurity among Minnesota households with kids went up 6% from 2024 to 2025. FOCP answered that last year with 282,100 meals.

This is where our community comes in. FOCP needs monthly donors right now more than anything else, and even $5 a month adds up fast when a group of people commit to it. Link's in the comments if you want to sign up for services or set up a donation 👇🏼
