Hey everyone. The minutes for today's meeting are as follows: We talked about fundraisers a lot. Right now the consensus is that we are going to sell raffle tickets at wal-mart and pretty much anywhere that people will buy them. Keep thinking about other fundraisers we can do. Tonight we we talked about Candy Grams, selling things at a consignment shop, and holding events like poker nights. Also keep your eyes out for on campus events that we can hold fundraisers at. We can talk to churches to find out what fundraisers they would suggest and see if we can join them when they hold one. We will not be attending the upcoming formal dinner so don't worry about that. *snaps*

Here are the minutes for Tuesday October 8th's meeting: Tuesday October 15th we are going to go to Wal-Mart as a club to see if we can hold a fundraiser outside. Dress professionally and meet by the entrance of lower Manser at 7pm. If the fundraiser is approved we will be selling raffle tickets on the 27th of October.

Tomorrow we are having a guest speaker: Chuck Dillon.Here is a little information about him: Chuck Dillon is an adjunct instructor in the Outdoor Recreation Leadership program in the Geography and Geology Department. He teaches courses in Outdoor Recreation Management, River Guiding, and Backpacking.
He has over 20 years experience in the public sector, including administering capital projects for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority and serving as a field representative for State Senator Joe Scarnati.

He started and operated Pine Creek Outfitters, guiding raft, canoe, bicycle and hiking trips in the PA Grand Canyon area for 26 years. Since 1989 he has also owned and operated Pine Creek Press, which publishes trail guides, books on hiking and natural history, and recreational maps. He is the author of trail guides for the West Rim Trail, Susquehannock Trail System, and Black Forest Trail, Short Hikes in the PA Grand Canyon, Short Hikes in God’s Country, Pennsylvania’s Grand Canyon – A Natural & Human History, and numerous articles about outdoor recreation in the PA Wilds.
