Patience is not weakness in leadership.
It's wisdom.
If you lead a supportive personality style, pushing harder is rarely the answer. These individuals respond best when they are given time to process change, when patience is demonstrated, and when sincere appreciation is shown.
Great leaders understand that not everyone is motivated the same way.
The goal isn't to lead everyone identically.
The goal is to bring out the best in each person.
When people feel valued, understood, and appreciated, they don't just comply—they contribute.
That's where real leadership begins.
