Cheval Cellars
We've been keeping it to ourselves for too long. Cheval Cellars is looking for Wine Maker, Assistant Wine-Maker, 'Cellar Rat', Viticulturist, Tasting Room Manager, Event Planner, Partner...... must like long walks in vineyard, the smell of fermenting grapes in the morning, topping -off barrels in the European style cellar, blending wines, bottling...doing it all! Options range from part time employment to full-time wine and cider-loving own/rent-to-own opportunity with housing on vineyard/orchard property. Earth sheltered barrel cellar aka "chai". This is the south side showing temporary 'windoor', future terrace here will accommodate bottling functions with wine and bottles exiting cellar on their way to market.

March and we begin our outside work for the new season. We made some late season hard cider, but there were more apples than time. Surprised to see some remaining intact after nearly five months outside, protected by snow. Brown snout apples in this photo
