As a Customer Service Representative, you will be contacting our clients' customers to find solutions on accounts that are in arrears, to identify potential credits or disputes, and to follow up with the customer on a regular basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communicate with businesses to resolve their outstanding accounts.
• We do not use a dialer system. All representatives are trained to make outbound and take inbound phone calls.
• It is important to maintain a high level of professionalism with each interaction. Many of these customers will want to buy again from our clients once their account is resolved.
• You will manage your unit by properly working your accounts and providing regular follow up on assigned accounts.
• Document each call by entering notes into our software system.
• Work closely with a project manager.
• Responsibilities include group work and individual performance.
WE OFFER:
• FT Candidates are guaranteed $42,000 as base pay. Monthly bonuses, annual incentives, and corporate profit sharing bring candidates to $45,000 to $55,000 depending on their performance.
