It’s definitely a much different Father’s Day than I’ve experienced previously- especially since it’s the first one where I’m a father!

Couldn’t have imagined it any differently and I’m glad for ‘a efforts for showing me a great day!

Liam will be 3 months old this week, and am just beyond happy with how this experience has been!

Happy Father’s Day to my dad and to everyone else I know who has become or been a father in the past year!

Happy Saturday Everybody!!

Having a go with the fire pit tonight and enjoying Ripe from Double Nickel Brewing Co. This Juicy IPA is brewed with Key Lime which makes this beer especially sour! I don’t think I could drink more than one in a sitting.

The summer weather is finally here in NJ.

It’s been a hot weekend, but we’re staying cool with this brew, Guac Is Extra (unfortunately) from Eight & Sand in Woodbury, NJ.

Not sure there’s much more to say than that this brew is an amazing accompaniment to grilling a few burgers outside on a hot day.

Getting ready for Memorial Day weekend.

Thirsty Thursday!!!

Tonight, we’re enjoying another great brew from Source Farmhouse Brewery.

Mango Sticky Rice is an Imperial Milkshake IPA conditioned on Mango, Toasted Coconut, Coconut Milk and Madagascar Vanilla Beans.

This brew is very juicy and sweet, reminiscent of a tropical cocktail, which is going down smoothly as the weather starts to heat up.

Is it a rainy Saturday? Or is it the perfect excuse to enjoy a brew in the comfort of the basement bar?

I was more than thrilled to find this brew at the local shop yesterday.

Zombie Fog, a collaboration from Abomination Brewing Company and Beer Zombies Brewing Co. Is a Triple Dry Hopped Triple IPA.

This super hazy brew, dry-hopped with Mosaic, Citra, Montueka, Pacific Jade, and Summit hops is extremely juicy, and hardly tastes like it has a 10.7% ABV (definitely glad to be having this one early).

And on top of everything else, I gotta give props to my man for the great can label art!

It’s Gonna Be May.

As for tonight’s beer, I’m trying a brew based on a recommendation from .

Found Lancaster Brewing Co’s Kolsch at the local shop and I am quite pleased with it. It holds up to other Kolschs I’ve enjoyed by being quite crisp and refreshing, and I could certainly see myself enjoying more of these as the weather warms up.

Happy Easter Everybody! 🐣🐰

Spending a quiet day with our baby’s first big holiday, but still making some time for some Sunday brews, such as this one.

Forever is a Double Dry Hopped Session IPA from Other Half Brewing in NYC.

This brew is very refreshing, full of citrus notes, and with its 4.7% ABV, is great to enjoy before a new week of work begins.
