An exciting chapter begins for our family as our son moves to a new city for his first post-grad job. It’s a meaningful reminder of why we love supporting people throughout each career chapter from job search coaching for students seeking internships, advising new grads navigating this challenging job market and providing intentional growth guidance for mid-career to Senior executive job searches.

I had the pleasure of approaching Sail Boston 2026 by ferry. The warm and hazy weather yesterday did not dim the palpable energy of in-person interactions with local and global visitors.

July in MA may feel quieter to job seekers.
I can share firsthand that there is a wealth of opportunity right now to be out at a wide array of in-person social, educational and networking events that can open doors to new contacts and new opportunities. A happy note from this morning: after months of no response, a client I worked with just received an interview request from a target company after we refreshed a dated resume into a targeted marketing tool and aligned his LinkedIn profile to encourage inbound outreach.

Americans say it's tough to find a job, but employers just added a surprisingly strong 172,000 new hires in May.
