DAY 1: STRENGTH + SCULPT
(Legs & Glutes)

This 30–45 min burner will activate your glutes, tone your thighs, and leave you feeling strong & sculpted!
🏋️♀️Equipment:
Bodyweight, Dumbbells, Band
⏱️Duration: 30–45 min
Format: Warm-Up + Main Circuit + Finisher
WARM-UP
✨20 bodyweight squats
🦵10 leg swings (each)
🤗 30 sec standing knee hugs
🧘♀️30 sec calf bounce stretch
MAIN CIRCUIT
• Bulgarian Split Squats – 10 reps/leg
• Glute Bridges w/ Pulse – 30 reps
• Step-Ups (box or chair) – 10 reps/leg
• Standing Leg Lifts (pointed toe) – 15 reps/leg
• Banded Side Walks – 20 steps
• Wall Sit + Calf Raises – 30 sec burn
FINISHER
• 30 sec each:
Glute bridge pulse
Side plank leg lifts (L/R)
Wall sit bounce
Hamstring stretch
